Dedication of bench in memory of Queen Elizabeth II

On Sunday 8th September 2024 at Central Park, there was a short dedication service to officially mark the bench purchased by Westhoughton Town Council in memory of Queen Elizabeth II. (Sunday marked the 2nd anniversary of her death).  Members of the Town Council, including the Town Mayor Councillor Neil Maher, and members of the public attended the dedication conducted by Reverend Dr Malcolm Wearing.
